PUBLICITY/PUBLIC RELATIONS: Milt presented an excellent "RLIA Publicity/
Public Relations Proposal" that was prepared with Johanna's and Margaret's
input.
. In the Publicity section of this proposal, under the "Revise and Update
Brochure-scheduled distribution process (city addresses?)", we discussed
that we do not have definitive data on who the brochure was sent to; the
brochure caused some recipients to be confused because of the request
for names on the envelope and also inside the brochure.
.There are 2 mailing lists to consider- 1) Watershed, 2) The Watershed and
the City of Lake Mills.
.Johanna will write an article for newspapers on how to get a brochure if
one was not received.
.Pete will check on old members receiving the brochure.
